Arrival
Whether you are travelling by car, train or plane – we are happy to answer all your questions. We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport and offer a free shuttle from the Zell am See railway station with advance reservation.
Your room is available to you starting at 3:00 pm.
Please vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of your departure.
You can use our late checkout room free of charge.
Dogs
Your four-legged companion is welcome.
We charge € 15.00 per day for dogs.
A dog blanket and food bowl are provided (food not included).
Please note that your dog is not allowed in the spa area and restaurant. However, you have the option of dining in a separate room where you can also bring your dog.

Parking
Outdoor parking spaces are available free of charge.
In the underground car park we charge € 8,00 per day.

E-mobility charging station
We offer our electronic charging station for guests.
